Word Gullu associated from Gullu Butt who made its appearance

Word Gullu associated from Gullu Butt who made its appearance on June 17 in Model Town, Lahore and smashed dozens of cars and vehicles parked in the surrounding of Minhajul Quran Secretariat has now been added in the Oxford Dictionary.

Word Gullu has been given a meaning of disruptive behavior of someone enjoying (good or bad) backing of the ruling/powerful segments of society.

Syed Shamim Azam,a linguistic from Lahore wrote to Oxford Dictionary to add the word Gullu in their upcoming version of the dictionary which is going to be available in Pakistan and India. This idea was given on the basis of complete updates of Gullu Butt, as well as the enormous recognition of Gullu Butt after a game of him went viral (part of Android Google Play)

On which h the publishers replied back if “The term achieves enormous currency with a wide audience in a much shorter space of time, and people expect to find the new ‘high-profile’ word in their dictionaries, it sure is included in the dictionary”.

Azam who gave the idea of adding the word Gullu in the Oxford Dictionary rejected the necessity of associating the word Butt with it because anybody could claim an objection over it, as different casts and communities have their ancestral names.

The word class is changed by using morphemes like gulluish (adjective); gulluishly (adverb); gullunise (verb); gulluism (abstract noun); the plural form is gullues; the past simple tense of gullu, rather than being gullued, is gulloished; the comparative form of gulluish is more gulluish (not gulloisher, as it contains two syllables).
